Cultivating Strong Partnerships With Our Local & Global Growers 

Our founder’s dream since Day One - apart from delivering exceptional quality coffee beans to coffee lovers across the globe - has been to champion the farmers who are growing beans ethically and sustainably. 

Over the last nine years, we’ve dealt directly with these farmers: there’s no middle man between Coffee Land, our growers and our customers. We call this approach our “Farm To Cup” initiative and it’s immensely meaningful to us.

We speak with, meet with and collaborate directly with each grower to ensure our arrangement treats them with respect, and our customers receive meticulously cultivated coffee beans. 

Fostering A Community First & Foremost 

In turn, this helps us cultivate a community that cares deeply about the farming process in and of itself, rather than a vaguely defined “product.” The Coffee Land community is instead invested in outcomes: such as the first sip our customers take from a single-origin bean for the first time. 

We feel immensely proud of our little ecosystem of growers, who form the backbone of our business and make sourcing beans such a rewarding process. We truly believe this mindset and mode of operation can contribute to a more sustainable and positive future for coffee.

We offer a curated range of green coffee beans tailored to roasters, wholesalers, and specialty importers:

• Ethiopian Green Coffee – Washed, natural, and forest-grown.
• Colombian Green Coffee – Smooth, rich profiles with unique regional characteristics.
• Microlots & Custom Orders – Tailored sourcing based on customer needs.
• Bulk Supply – For cafés, roasteries, and private labels.

Expansion Plans 

As part of our long-term vision, we are working on: 

• Expanding sourcing to Kenya, Rwanda, and Central America. 
• Opening a second branch in Sydney. 
• Launching an online sourcing platform for micro-roasters. 
• Building traceable, blockchain-powered supply chains.
